I think that I would feel the same way as you do right now. To me that is so wrong to include his x wife in with the women that he loves. I don't care if they had kids together or not. The fact that he had the nerve to say that to you is totally unreal. Wonder how he would like it if you had an x husband out there and you told him that? That is not having any respect for you at all.

What I don't understand is how almost every body here didn't think there was anything wrong with it. That just blows my mind.

I think that you rank high on his list. It is hard for men to share their feelings. Men dont open themselves up that often. However, he can cut out the ex-wife part.

There is a book that I think is good its called "for women only"
it is about the inner lives of men. It will help you understand what your man is thinking and why he thinks that way.

Sad that he mentions all three of you in one sentence. The love for a mother is different to his love for you so that's is no problem but I would not want to be on a par with the ex wife.

It sounds like you're in a very exclusive group. Try to see this glass as half full.

It sound like it can be true expecially if you were his first love. Take it as a compliment.

whats so bad about that? I think it's sweet he admits he loves his mother, obviously he loved his ex-wife because they were once married and awesome that he loves you, his NEW wife!
