Heroin is the most powerful, addicting, and lethal drug on the streets. Users who try to quit heroin experience awful and excruciating withdrawals, because once you're addicted you can't stop without medical attention. People have O.D. on heroin before their friends or loved ones could get them into rehab. Users often use needles to inject the drug into their bodies for a quicker "high." The needle could be contaminated with HIV or Hepatitis. Heroin is an awful, awful drug that you don't want messing up your life. Marijuana, or pot, is something else you want to avoid, because once you can't high anymore on pot, you switch to heroin, which is a whole another ballgame.

Tynenol #3s. It is the No. 1 drug prescibed in Canada by doctors who know nothing about pain relief and are afraid to prescribe narcotics. I'd rather take a tic tac.

you would get many different answers. there is no one worst drug becuase the defintion of drug is somthing that alters your mental or phisycal state.

i would say weed.. or liquor because it is legal.. better watch out for the violation police i asked a simple drug question and got a violation notice.. i must made someone mad

depends on the person. i kicked heroin in no time flat, for others it drives them to death.
