my choice of favorites from your list?
rinoa - out of the names given, she's the only one that is both a playable character, and also the final boss of the game she is in. (for those that don't know, Rinoa is Ultemecia)

Probably Yuna. She's cute, gotta great personality, good fighter with her Aeons, and one of the few who grows as a person throughout the story line. Oh, and how can Rinoa be Ultimacia if you can have Rinoa in your party when you fight her? She was possessed at one point by her but not by the end of the game.
