Wake up because once you get your metabolism going it will work through-out the day. Make sure you eat breakfast.

It is not advisable to work out before going to bed,the adrenalin in your body would make it very difficult to sleep,also if it is too early in the morning it could be dangerous as the blood pressure is higher then.A good idea would be to skip breakfast,do your workout and then wait for one hour befor eating,you will find that the weight will drop off easier

It depends on you my friend. Some people like to work out in the AM and some like me like to work out in the PM. It is what your body tell you to do. If your schedule allows you to work out in the AM then try it for a little while. Then later try working out in the evening. See which you like better.

morning to kick start your metabolism with aerobics, Later in the day for weight exercises.

if you want to lose weight in the morning

if you do it at night you might find it hard to go to sleep

if you could go either way, morning is a little better, for your metabolism
