I don't know, but either way, does it really matter? If they can possibly track down terrorists by keeping track, then I say, do it. What do I care if some guy in Washington or whatever sees what I am writing to my friend, or what I want to name my baby, etc. It's not like he's gonna come and get me...

There are certain keywords that can trigger a government tap and surveillance. But in general terms, this administration is too busy fighting a losing battle in someone Else's civil war to worry about too much else at the moment. I'd have to say Al Quada is safer than they ever were before 9/11. We don't have the resources or manpower to fight these global wars and monitor our own citizens OR foreign terrorists.
