hmm it depends on what the faces are like. i have a friend that can be two-faced, but it's because she has had so many problems in the past. sometimes she takes on a completely different persona because she has a hard time trusting people. this happens rarely now and most of the time she is a great person. i think it all depends on the case. one things for sure you need to confront your friend about it.

drop them. you can never tell which face is the true one with a two faced friend. one minute they are showing you one image. and another one the next. and in the end they are wasting your time so move and let some other sucker fall for the medusa syndrome

Tell them you don't habg around with 2 faced people becuase your better than that. There tune will change.
