She is 21, Wiccan, Bisexual. Loves silver and gold and is fascinated with fairies. Loves to read. I don't want it to be something that she could get easily on her own like a book on fairies (she has thousands of them). Please give me a suggestion.

Maybe you could design a necklace or a pin with a fairie and have a jeweler make it for you.

Hallmark has some beautiful Fairy figurines. You also can try doing a google search for fairy-related stuff. You'll find tons of stores and would most likely find something unique. Good luck!

How about a jewlery making class or kit? or in the whole earth based wiccan line of things, you could go to a natural soap (and body product) store, they often offer classes on how to make all natural soaps and bath bombs using essentail oil fragrances, she could use fairy molds and sparkles and mix the fragrances to elicite certain moods.... they are lots of fun!

Instead of going with a generic fairy, see if you can find something with Tinkerbell on it. Disney sites have lots of cute jewerly, t-shirts, purses, coffee mugs. . .all kinds of stuff!
