In UK and USA white people are used to being in control and in power.. Basically they rule the country.... But ethnic minorities are growing in numbers and in the future in the USA it will be a power sharing system where non- whites have control moreso than the whites.. White people get scared when they feel that their own group is not in control or in the majority...
COuld this be one of the reasons for racism. Basically a feeling of insecurity from the white population that another ethnic group will take control....
I live in Ireland.,. 10 years ago i never saw a black person in my country.. Now there are quite a few of them ( nigerians) about.. The older generation will look at them in disgust and say "they are taking over the country"!! or "a few we dont mind but not so many" etc..
Whites have been in control of most of the world for 100`s of years, and in general traditionaly have seen themselves as the superior race .. how hard will it be for us to be equals in human race

White supremacy is the basis on which racism was founded.White power has been banded around for centuries and although the term White Power is not used as such it is alive in every racist.Immigration scares white people who harbour such racists thoughts and majority white areas are as ignorant in thier insecurities as they are in their refusal to accept minority groups within their communities. It will always be difficult for these people to allow non-whites to intergrate with them as there is a sorry lack of empathy and understanding.I am sad at the amount of racism thet excists in society today as it just serves to keep hatred alive and segregates humankind.

You talk about White Power and that White people use to be in control, so who's in control now 'cos i'd like to know? You only talk about USA and the UK well what about South Africa. All around the world White people are marching down the streets complaning about black people, maybe black people in South Africa should do the same, what do you think? You live in Ireland and you had, and still have problems with this Catholic and Protestant stuff. So your'e replacing one sort of racism for another. White people as the superior race, yeah, right well it's getting too expensive and the superior race is greedy. Why would any black man with any sense help the superior race in the war against terror?

While I agree with some of what you have stated, I find some of what you have said to be too simplistic. The rich and powerful will always put into law that which will protect them and their interests, and yes they are mostly white. But you have to look at the class system and include whites that are poor and middle class as well. I don't think working class white people are as threatened by what you have said anymore than they are racist, the fact is a vast majority of people are not racist regardless or their skin color! Unfortunately in America we have too many racists of all stripes and have huge divides in our society, and we pay more attention to race divisions than recognize that the rich and powerful are propagating racial tensions to distract us from their crimes and terrible policies. They go to the bank while we fight for the crumbs, and they would want it no other way. Another thing you have to consider is just because there are more people of a certain race does not mean that their beliefs and politics are better. Look at the Arab world, should they have more power because there are more of them? Were the African kings better to their people when they sold them into slavery? I am not saying these things in a racist way, and I think many whites do not feel superior as you stated in the traditional general sense. As for a power sharing system, I do not think that is a better alternative because it will be a further divide between people and cause deeper divides in the way we treat each other. The best solution is for ALL people to take back the power that belongs to them and stop the rich and powerful elite from running this country into the ground. We need to racially unite, but unfortunately that as yet to happen. Only a complete change in mindset will allow that to happen, and we need to teach it to our young. We need to take responsibility for our government and hold it accountable to secure racial equality and social prosperity. Until we do, as a united people, we will always have racial divides that will never heal. And again the rich and powerful elite will never complain about that.

I don't think that you are intending to cause offence. I think you're wondering how society can deal with change.
I don't think that there is an easy answer. I do see the changes in population as good thing as the more contact different cultures have, the more they have to learn about, and from each other.
I use an interpreter in meetings where necessary and have come to realise that I can recognise odd words of Urdu. This is hardly a great achievement but 30 years ago it was unimaginable.
My usual bus to work contains passengers of at least six different cultures that I can identify, because they seem obvious; white British, Muslim, Sikh, Afro-Caribbean, Chinese and Irish. Now, it may be that some of the people I believe are white British are from elsewhere, or some of the Chinese people are Vietnamese etc so I could be underestimating. I love the variety, I like people and for the most part ordinary people want to be friendly and to get on with each other. That is the most important factor.
In the UK we already have MP's who are not white but represent both white and non-white constituents, so i don't see any problem. Even the Tories, who are hardly bastions of multiculturalism have had a party leader who was mixed race.
The most important contribution you can make is to argue with people who try to present you with stereotypes, whether negative or positive.

Neither kind is effective for sure. yet, you may want to think with reference to the societal position that communities are in. African individuals are minorities. That equals a lot less funds, a lot less means, better conflict, etc. certain, it really is exceedingly genuine at the moment – in case you don’t imagine so that you're likely white. ok, so am I. certain, i'm white. yet, I truly have an African son that I followed and function thereby come to understand many stuff that I not in any respect have. it truly is an fairly large subject matter and that i'll communicate for days about issues to attempt to enlighten those who do no longer have the great thing about my position yet I’ll follow the fast answer on your particular idea. at the same time as an African American says Black means, it hurts Caucasian human beings a lot a lot less – if in any respect. that is because they're those who carry the means so someone yelling Black means isn't threatening. yet, at the same time as a Caucasian human being says White means, it does threaten the weaker position that the African American is in already. enable me positioned it this way – if you're tall and someone short says to you “you suck and are a loser because you’re short”, you'll snicker it off because it really is ridiculous – the fast human being is purely attempting to experience better ideal about their situation – it is also accessible to imagine “stupid, short human being”. yet in case you (the tall one) ridicule a short human being about their top, it’ll harm better because it’s genuine. wish that delivers only a touch better perception than you had.

People are mostly afraid of change.
Unfortunately for this world to continue we must eventually become one race instead of many.
And with the point that racism only exists here and America with the white hating everyone else that total rubbish it exists all over the world its just the state of play but it is slowly getting better, it will do so generation through generation until hopefully bigotry has completely dissipated

All racial sterotyping both negative and positive only serves to heighten differences. To talk about other ethnic groups being 'in control' as you put it reinforces these stereotypes. Ultimately we all come from the same genetic stock and if people examine their family trees in most cases they'll find different ethnic groups a lot closer than they imagined, probably within six generations.

Where on earth do you get that idea from, it's a case of horses for courses. A white person could no better run and Arabic country than they could ours with the differance of cultures.

Yeah, everywhere in the world, there are people who just think that they're better than everyone else. Whether it is skin color, religion, sex,or financial status. It's the way of the world, and has been that way for centuries. Although it would be nice for it to go away, I can't see it happening.
