It's hard to say...because your only in eighth grade! But... that's beside the point. If you establish a relationship that's mature enough for all three of you to handle then continue what your doing. If all of you are comfortable with each other enough to have this type of relationship in the first place... more power to you. But be aware that if the communication isn't there... meaning all you three have is sex, later on down the line... things could get ugly.

Thats sick! Your like fourteen or fifteen! You shouldn't be having sex, period! All three of you need to concentrate on the adult you will become, rather than having three ways. You and both of those girls should be ashamed of yourselves.
