It's got the resources and the territory. Why not improve it? Such a beautiful country doesn't deserve this. All is depends on is tourism and it would be more if there is an initiative to clean up the country more. Salam.

Well, you know what Salam, all depends on the governers and education of people. (I know it sounds too cliche, but take a look:)
And there is a Turkish proverb, all nations are governed how
they deserve.
When a nation starts to demand fairness, openness, transparency,
the people who govern (not only the state but even a tiny town) will start to be more accountable, the money will flow for good services.

However we need to educate people to ask for their rights that stems from being a citizen and a HUMAN at first sight.

Then, like in Brazil or Spain or Poland, nation meets up on a consensus, the nominees of governing the state realize the people want some real governing -includes education, tourism, finance, free market- so people according to this new wish come to head.
Then they start to govern truly, for development.

And the story goes...

i think of you're seeing a polarization of yankee society, yet what you're additionally seeing is an larger prevalent as to what's poverty. Poverty was once suffering to place nutrition on the table. Now poverty skill you may no longer cope with to pay for cable television. Poverty in usa isn't comparable to poverty in West Africa.
