Get some warm milk, a straw and a mate.
Lay down on your sofa, stick the straw up your nose and get your mate to suck up some milk and squirt it down the straw.
Wait.
Wait a bit longer.....
You should now be able to feel the sugar puff melting away.
And the bonus is - because you're laid down, you'll swallow it!!!

Run screaming "36 24 36 nurse help me, for gods sake" to A&E or lift head out of cereal bowl, close off other nostrel and mouth suck in real hard and enjoy. Rinse with semi skimmed and get out more often. Your a laugh.
