Only Europe and North America.
The Asian mainland does not stretch down to the Equator (almost does, at the bottom of mainland Malaysia), but Indonesia crosses the Equator, so that counts Asia out.

North America and Europe. They both missed out on the big Land Boom in the Southern Hemisphere of 1946-1951. Had they bought land then they'd both be sitting pretty now.

If you live in the US, it would be considered North America and Europe (Very small amounts of Asia reach the equator).
If you are in Europe (and maybe elsewhere), North and South America are typically considered to be one continent - "The Americas", therefore it would only be Europe.
