I have this problem with my "create a new account" screen.
I accidentally typed in the wrong year of my B- Day that way I'm under 18. So it now won't let me fix my B-Day and Yahoo wants me to create a family account. I don't want a family account so what do i do?

Please Help!!

I believe what happened is that the registration system set a browser cookie. Either use a different browser, or clear your browser cookies, try again, and it should work.

You cannot change your birthdate once you put it. I had this problem not so long ago and I called yahoo but they told me to just simply create a new account

If you have two browsers on you computer ie. fire fox & internet explorer, go try and create one in the other browser because it has logged the IP address for the first browser.
