They normally give 20 minutes. They allow for people forgetting where they parked, carrying shopping etc.....

I know this for a fact, because I tested it once in Epsom at an NCP car park, and my ticket was invalid after 25 minutes, and I had to pay again.....

it depends on the place usually you have about 30 minutes because you could forget somebody, something or just forget were your car is? good question though

I think they usually give you about 15 mins. But to be honest i've never tested out out.

It depends upon how much time you paid for. Did you pay for only a half hour ? or did you pay for all day ?
