my Grandfather's pocket watch.
Although I will never use it or anything, I still think it is cool to have something that has been around for so long.

This may be cliche and corny, but, truly: unconditional love. I'm not always easy to love and to understand, but I have a few people in my life on whom I know I can always count. Their faith in me keeps me going. The memories, insight and empathy I've gained is what I'll always keep.
I can't really think of "physical objects" because they don't really mean much to me. But if I were to narrow it down, I have one very close friend who started me on the course of reading years ago. But anything anyone's given to me with sincerity and thoughtfulness is what I always cherish.

My Great Grandmother made little 'baby dolls' that looked (as close as she could get them to) just like I did when I was a baby. She got the dress my mom brought me home from the hospital in and put it on the doll.
It was so precious. She made every girl family member one. All of us girls cried when we saw them!
I will cherish it all my life. It may be a doll but it is gold to me!
