If thats what you mean then it is Sandro Botticelli's "Birth of Venus" (see link for picture) painted c.1485 tempera on canvas.

Sounds like it is Klimt.......he does red heads.......this is a woman with long red hair....right? Klimt is known for his naked red heads.
