If he goes to an American league team as a DH, yes.
If a team has to wheel him out there in the outfield, no.
He's breaking down physically, so his best chance is as a DH.
I'm a bit suprised Oakland hasn't made a play for him. I'm guessing the Giants don't want the steroid scandal scrutiny.
