Well yes, first you have to be logged in. You have to also be one of their 'friends' then you can click on the add comment link and you will be able to write your comment and hit submit.

Usually on the persons page above all of their comments is a link that says "Add Comment." I'm not sure, but I think that you have to log in to add comments.

u have to be someone's friend in order to comment on their page. Usually they will have a comment box or if you go down the page it will say comment. and u click on it and this way u can comment on their page...

Go to their page, scroll down to where the comments are, click on "Add Comment" and you should roll from there.
