If anyone knows of an attorney that is generous to waive the 30% weekly in Lousiana. I would be very grateful. I tried and can't seem to find one that is willing to do so. THANKS!!!

This will depend on what your lawyer will be needed for. Have you tried looking in the phone book"? Most personal injury lawyers will not charge a fee until a settlement is made. I see advertisements on TV all the time, (when I'm home in Louisiana and not at work in Iraq). If you need to know more just message me, and I'll try my best to answer your question.
