I am not sure about websites but I clean houses for a living and the best way is to start in one room in the corner of your home ...start in one corner of that room and just do everything you think needs to be done as you work your way out once your on a roll it will be so easy!

If you really want to do some heavy duty cleanning first take everything out of the room. start at the top and work down. wash ceiling,walls,floor. wash or dust everything you bring back into the room.clean out drayers and through away all junk the rule is if you havent used it in a year throw it out.

You saved me from asking this! While I was looking for tips, one answerer suggested to another to set a timer for 20 minutes. Clean/organize until the timer goes off, then make yourself stop for that day. Next day, set timer again for 20 minutes, keep this up until you are perfectly organized
