So many people try to slander the Preident and deny the good he has done. The big things that are obvious are where he brought in Democrats to co-author 'No Child Left Behind' and there is the 'Medicaid Perscription Program' and many others.
The pieces that are missed or ignored by the left have to deal with his appointees. My biggest is the Securities Exchange Commission. The run-up in the stock market, called the 'dot-com boom' was fueled by companies which had no earnings. In order to compete for investors dollars, regular companies engaged in questionable book keeping practices. Under Clinton's Administration companies were left to their devices and stole billions of dollars. Bush's S.E.C. has investigated, exposed, and jailed these criminals. The Left wants you to belive they broke the law because they were Republicans or because they supported Bush, but Bush put them in jail! So much for special favors!
Also many people do not, to this day, realize the gathering threat that existed with Iraq. Although Iraq may not have been immediately capable of attacking the U.S. or U.K., He was immediately capable of attacking Israel, the only stable democracy in the Middle East. The threat was from ever eroding sanctions on a country who, according to Hans Blix in February 2003- "(Saddam Hussein) has not come to terms with the meaning or intent of disarmorment". If we and coalition members had not removed Sadman Hussein when we did, we today would have an even more defiant Iraq coupled with the actions of Iran and North Korea. These coutries comprise the 'axis of evil', and inaction would have awful concequences for all free Nations. Bush has brought this Nation out of it's ignorance as to who the enemy is, and how serious they are in wanting to do us harm. I wish things were better in Iraq, but this is better than Sadman Hussein.
There are many more, but I want to keep this reasonable. Bush has protected us from the corporate criminals here at home and the radical zealots abroad. For this I am Thankful!

maybe english is the askers 2nd, or 3rd language. i think we all understand what hes asking.

the economy is doing good? for who? when u just look at the overall numbers it appears that way, but if u c how much the numbers are skewed, not so true. things like how bad the economy was until recently. or how the richs percentages distort the reality. trust me, the poor and middle class dont c it in their paychecks.

and to achieve this smokescreen were 8 trillion dollars in debt. it took 200 years for us to become 4 trillion dollars in debt by the time clinton took office (actually thats misleading, but the numbers are technically true, and hey, your doing it). when clinton left office, we were still 4 trillion in debt. in just the 6 years since bush has taken office its doubled.

and bush protected us from corporate criminals because of what he had the sec do? wtf are u takin about? the government is RUN by corporate criminals. how naive can u be?

and as far as people stealing billions under clintons sec, how about the billions stolen in iraq by companies like halliburton w their no bid contracts? only a few thousand american service men had to die for that.

I hope you're like thirteen because your grammer is worse than...........well; George Bush.

A lot, just because he and Rummy botched Iraq doesn't mean he hasn't done anything good. Most domestic policy, the war isn't going as well as planned because of eight years of clinton gutting the military to the point that two little battlefronts have "overstretched" the military.
