what is your favourite tip(s) for applying make up &/or nail polish?

Get whipped foundation - it is light & looks natural yet covers up imperfections perfectly ...
Put a little powdered blush on your cheeks (smile really big to get it in the perfect place) and a little dab on your nose.
If the dip under your nose is really deep you can take a little bit of lipstick on your finger and run it along that and it will accent it :)
For nail polish - get someone else to treat you to a manicure. It will come out a lot neater than you could do with your left hand ...

Nail polish...clean you nails and buff them out just a little bit. The polish sticks better. And I always have Q-Tips handy if I mess up so I can just dip them in polish remover and remove the mistakes. And use a top coat on your polish. In my opinion it looks more nice and protects from chipping.
The one thing I have to say about make up is BLEND,BLEND,BLEND!!! I just hate when women have that orange line around their face. You know what I mean.

Makeup I put on a mousterizer first, then do foundation. And Nails paint your left hand first!!!

makeup...use a primer first! i just starting using it for the 1st time a month ago, and i don't know how i lived w/o it...my makeup seriously stays on all day long...no matter what i'm doing.

moisturize then mix moisturizer and foundation together to apply; then concealer then powder.
learn shading and hiliting for hiding imperfections.
