I've been getting this feeling quite a lot for a while and I can't seem to find a reason.

Sometimes, it feels as if the energy has somehow shifted or changed.
It also feels as if something's going to happen or that something's already happened or changed.

It' is very possible something in your life or your area is is going to change. I've always found that the force lines (or energy lines, depending on what you want to call them) fluctuate constantly and they can bring the feeling of some very big upset. My advice is to keep both sets of eyes open and trust the feeling in your gut to keep you safe. a lot of times the build up is worse than the change; but there's no harm in being careful. How is your health in geneal? You might have some kind of brain problem. Have you noticed anything else or is this just a feeling?
Is your memory poor, do you forget the date, or where you are, or names of things and people? What other symptoms do you have.
You could be experiencing some form of dementia or brain damage. If you are serious you might go see a doctor, but it will cost a lot to test you. How are your reflexes.
You are probably fine if you have not noticed anything else. Ask other people do you seem to be acting differently.

I get this feeling sometimes if my surroundings are cluttered, if I have not spent enough time with my loved ones, or I have lost something of important. I get this disjointed, frustrated feeling. I can only explain it as a picture in my mind of something fading above my head out of my grasp. Perhaps you need to spend time, even a full day or a weekend, reconnecting with friends and family or nesting in your home and getting affairs in order.

i have the same feeling it`s been like 2 months, some people said that it`s because the changing of the seasons but hell it has been 2 months and i still have the same feeling... i thought it`s just in my area or is something wrong about me but looks like some other people have the same feeling... i don`t know what it is but it`s messing up all my life... i hope that we`ll find an answer pretty soon...

most likely you did not pick up on the spiritual influences directing your life and you probably forgot to do something or you stayed to long in a place you should have left by now.

Humans have a special abiltiy, a sixth sense if you will. Maybe it is picking up something could be wrong.
