The blacks did it. They are bummed because with all the illegal aliens and immigration issues that are in the news, they have become the forgotten minority. The biggest racist in the country is Jesse Jackson. He and those other bleeding hearts have nothing better to do with their lives. Seriously, does this clown have a job? Kramer was wrong for what he did, but everyone has their prejudices. He just showed his at the wrong time. The second biggest racist in the country is Oprah. If a white person went on national TV and trumpeted how great their race is, they'd be labeled instantly. The people who create all the fuss are the people who can't handle their own insecurities. Blacks like Jesse Jackson act like everyone is out to get them. Is it OK to call them blacks or has that been banned? If blacks are African-American, what are they in Europe? African-Europeans? Spare me. Find something constructive to do. Jesse Jackson still thinks he's a slave. What an idiot.

It has been blown "way out" of proportion.
I'm sick of hearing someone is "racist" just because he might make a stupid remark.
A "racist" person is a person who always "hates" a specific group of people all the time. ex. White supremacists, who physically attack or kill people: who conspire to do acts against a specific group of people.
I fit of anger because someone temporarily annoys you does not mean a person is racist.
"Lighten up" you people, do realize how boring you sound, where is your sense of humor.
It seems like everyone needs to make a big stink about every, little comment people make and it is getting so old.
Why can't we say people are racist against whites. I know when I was growing up I was never prejudiced or racist. I used to go to church in an area where there were many b*****.
They would say, and I quote, "Hey, White B****, how bout a f***. many a time. I would never had been able to do a thing about it. I never had anything against a race in particular, people yes; but automatically if I'm not the same race, ethnic background and I have even a minor quibble, I am racist.
Which is soooooo ridiculous.
People have got to start "GROWING UP". We sound like little babies Tattling, and whinning about any little thing that is "not perfect".
Let's worry about real criminals, child molesters, rapists, murderers, theives; SOMEONE WHO IS REALLY DANGEROUS.
It's pretty sad when the main news event on my TV for the last week is the "racist remark"; when there are at laest three of four child molesters in the vicinity trying to grab children while they are going to school.

No,it is because he is a jew and was using the N word. Everybody has to look down on somebody else, and in general blacks have picked the jewish as their primary target. So what else can they do but cry "racism" regardless of any factual content?
Can you believe Jesse Jackson has called for a boycott of Jerry Seinfeld's dvd because of 1 guys statements? Seems odd that he would do that unless you consider that most all the people getting royalties on those sales are (shock) jewish. Talk about racism...

Only those who think they are superior to others or just aren't educated use the language Richards did that night. It was completely obsurd and shows his ignorance and arrogance.
The primary word causing the riff was used (and still is by some) to demean and degrade others. Those given the title were considered to be at the same level as animal feces and less than any other animal (deer, dog, whatever). Byron DeLaBeckwith once said he would never shoot a deer because it is a beautiful animal " it's one of God's creatures... a _____ on the other hand is a completely different matter."
Richards swearing he doesn't have a rascism issue is a hoax and outright lie. For him to use it as he did that night only shows he is very comfortable using it and has no reservations with it. The battle and struggles continue.....

It caused a stir because it was ignorant and insensitive, just like if the audience member would have been handicapped and he called him a cripple, or fat, or ugly, or any other derogatory term. Whether something is true or not is not the issue, basic human dignity is. And if what he said was true, those people would not have paid their money and supported his lame routine. Only thing hurt is his career, that's why he's half-heartedly apologizing now and trying to salvage it.

No, there is no truth, just plain ignorance. That was a racial comment, shouldn't have slipped out of his mouth.
