your significant other really makes you angry?

Well, for starters, I like to take a half a grapefruit and smash it up beside his head. Then I like to take french fries and throw them at him when they are hot and if he falls down and gets hurt I just do what a friend suggested and rub salt on the wounds.
But mainly I just take my boot and kick him in the azz!

listen to music to stop the anger and then take a day or two from him to think and collect ur thoughts and then talk to him about whats making u angry

depends on what he did. i have an interesting combination of the silent treatment and what some have called "the look of 1000 deaths". we have our yelling arguing matches as well, but we're usually really good at talking about things before we get too pissed off.

I am a thrower and a slamer....probably not the best way to deal with it....but it sure feels good to let it out!
