i started skating and kids in my school think that im only skating because i like this self-obbsessed jerk what should I do????

Let people think what they want.
People often say things based on what you do, and not what you say.
If you like skating, stick with it.
If you like the jerk, so be it. If you don't, and just like skating, keep it up. If you are not losing friends you care about over it, don't worry what people think.
In time, people will see that you are into it and back off.
The minute you let these clowns get under your skin, they win. Stay strong to what you want, and say "whatever" to what people think otherwise.
Makes you wonder why people have so much time to spend worrying about your motivations for skating... nothing better to do perhaps.

If you like skating go ahead and skate let those other kids think what they want. as long as you know why your skating thats all that counts. don't let the other kids tell you what your doing. you already know what your doing go full ahead of all the things you llike to do. your doing it for you not them.

It does not matter what anyone else thinks, it's only your life no one elses. So if you like to skate then let it be and dam with the rest of the kids they are just jealous.

OMG! girl u rock if u wanna prove to them ur not a poser then for 1 ya gotta know the pros like Ryan Sheckler(do pics on him!!) hes hott! and 16 im.. bam magera ,paul rodregues,shawn white(also snow boarder) and lots more for 2 ya cant actually be a poser that means ya cant walk 'round with a skate board YA GOTTA RIDE IT and ya also gotta learn tricks cuz if u jis ride around then thats what i call posing gotta do tricks !

just be yourself and complemet other people to show you care about other people and dont stop skating if you really like it
