After I've introduced all of the veggies and fruits what kind of a diet should I feed my son? Like how do I give him a variety of foods? I give him rice cereal and a fruit in the morning, a veggie and a fruit for lunch and then for dinner, and then before bed some more rice cereal (he get's breastmilk in between there too) But what I want to know is do I give him the same fruit all day? or should I give him a different one each time I feed him? And the same with veggies, do I give him the same one all day and then switch the next day, or do I switch it up during the day? What does everyone else do? Thanks for the input!!

i pick two veggies and two fruits for the WHOLE day. after all they don't keep that long in the fridge if you have leftovers.
sometimes i add fruit TO the cereal too. it's different and a lot less hassle later in the evenings.
just stick with what HE likes. that's important. it sounds like your providing a great variety of things for him to try..so let him be your guide.

Once they were used to it all and allergy concerns weren't an issue I mixed it up during the course of the day. My kids all like a variety of fruits of veggies, so it seems to have worked. Good luck.

give him a variety. if you don't, he will become a picky eater and wont try new things. let him try lots of fruits and vegis. i babysit alot and i have one set of kids that only eat fast food. raviolis look nasty to them and it took me 2 weeks to get them to eat it. another set would not eat anything green... that took me a week and we still have issues. then there is this one little girl that loves vegis and fruits. at 1, she was eating raw carrots, apples, etc. she is two and loves raw celery! start them young and you will have less problems and a healthier child.

I usually switch it up at each meal. She has tried everything and isn't allergic to anything so if you wanted to you could switch at every meal. It's not going to hurt. and kudos to you for still giving your child breastmilk!

It's better to switch up throughout the day. If you over feed just one flavor they will stop eating it.

Let him fight it out with the family dog for table scraps and Kal-Kan.
