music video with girl singing to mannequin?

okay, so i saw this music video a while back, but it was in 2006.
it had a girl in it singing to a mannequin, and in the end the mannequin became a real man. i don't remember really how the song went at all, but i think it had to do something with "ah ah ah ah"s or "uh uh uh"s that were sung really fast together at once. and i think the word love was in the song too.

it has been driving me crazy; please help me!

It's "Fidelity" by Regina Spektor, and I love it!!!!! Check out her CD, Begin to Hope. It's really good.
