I like what MineNOTyours said but Ill add that it is difficult to do that u must start slow and if you arent already on a running program than first start with a good program that has many workouts and a schedule that u can work with

you can practice running more often. I know a bit about fitness and from what Ive heard uphill sprints are the best way to build speed and power in your legs. Try it

unfortunately its just one of those things you have to work at. just take it easy in the beginning and gradually work up your speed over set exercise routines. its important to stretch before and after as well and not overdo it. know when to stop :D
