However, you refer to the 'international appointments' job columns of the reputed daily newspapers and apply for the posts you feel that you are eligible and suitable, Better get your C.V. registered in reputed recruiting agencies of gulf countries. But be cautious in this regard because many have experienced worst treatment and they tell bitter tales. Good luck!
