what in the hell is problem? u don't hang a hamster out to drip dry u dipshit. u take a warm towel and gently dry him off.
u take the hamster and put it in a container WITH AIR HOLES mind u and then he won't fall in an f-ing toilet.
u dump out all the stuff in the hamsters cage into a trash can. NOT including his toys or anything else like that in his cage.
wash out the cage with a sponge.
dry it out with a washcloth.
put new bedding down in the cage.
put the poor little guy back in his cage and stay away form him u freakin' moron!

Hi, Scratch the Hoover idea. I did that to a parakeet cage and whoooosh, no more parakeet. Sometimes it doesn't pay to take the easy way out, and cleaning a hamster cage is one of those times.

holy **** you must be one of those special ppl. YOU DON'T HANG A HAMSTER OUT ON A WASHING LINE!! what you should of done was take a towl and gently dry the hamster off. hamters are not a moving piece of clothing, they have feelings and emotions you prob broke a limb or too pegging it out side. you should get arrested for animal cruelty

bribe someone else to do for you, and next time the hamster gets wet put it in those little bags for the washing tablets then hang on line(no nasty peg marks)

Your only mistake was hanging littly Hammy out to dry. Next time, try tumble dry on low heat. Be sure it's on LOW heat, or you'll have a cooked hampster at the end of the 30 minute cycle.
