she has an ego and probably with reason. it may have been her lifetime goal to become a doctor and to have not only beauty but brains too. doesn't mean she should talk down to anyone and she may not even realize she's doing it. some people are overly proud of their achievments and flaunt them relentlessly. sounds like she may need a couple doses of humble.

When you say she thinks she's a goddess, do you mean it literally? I think people think of themselves so much higher than everyone else because it's just their nature. Even though she thinks of herself so high and mighty, you can still go out with her and not have too many problems.
