you bend over to one side(either one, Im going to ues right as an example) and put right hand down. push off with left leg and quickly after put left hand down. and then you kinda go into a handstand but keep leaning to the right. practice this and you'll get it down.

i can do a cartwheel great! first, if you're right handed, you step with your r. foot and your L. foot leaves the ground and your r. hand touches the ground right before your r. foot comes off the ground right after your L. hand hits the ground, then your L. foot lands on the ground and then your r foot. so it goes, r foot steps, r hand on the ground, L. foot off the ground, L hand on the ground, L foot on the ground, r foot on the ground. it will go faster than you think, but that is exactly the sequence of hand to foot movements, (if that makes any sense)

First imagine a wheel turning. Now think about your body making the wheel rotation. !. Put your arms over your head straight up in the air. 2. Lean to one side-your hands are going to touch the ground about 12-18 inches apart near the foot you are turning toward. 3. So rotate your waist to one side and allow your arms and hands to whirl to the ground with your hands landing flat on the ground in a rounding motion. 4. Your feet will proceed to go up into the air---literally straight up almost standing on your hands until you lean a little more to that side. 5. Your feet & legs will gently roll over until they touch the ground.6. Thus making a rolling motion with your whole body, basically looking like a wheel --like the spokes on a bike your limbs will twirl in a mid-air twirl. You bend at the waist either direction reminding in a fluid motion as you turn over. So it is 1. Hands in air. 2. bend 3. Hands land on ground 4. Legs go in the air 5. your body makes a full circle and feet land! Got it?

Good luck! It is great fun to cart wheel!
