Sure why not! It would be great for multi-tasking. For example, a sandwich in one hand and you could feed your baby with the other. So many more possibilities...

I eat everything in sandwiches! Breadcrumbed fish, turkey, fries, spagetti bolengaise (I can't spell it). Everything should come in sandwhich form!

Me too they are quicker to make and you can hold a sandwich with on hand and read with the other.
