i was on my way home from work last week and just passing next doors drive when i heard a scuttling noise past my feet then a crunch id only managed to tread on the tail of their pet hamster.I felt so bad and didnt want to confront them as theyre a bit random so i brought the wee thing into my house and fed it some mushed up bread and water,which it seemed to like.Anyway next day it seemed fine so i put it back through their letterbox.Got home tonight and the sick ****** next door have sewn some thread through some part of it and hung it on the washing line and i think its dead!!Will the RSPCA do anything about this?What should i do?

i think they should be locked up for that! fuckin weirdos. that really gets to me. Hamsters do have little tails! who the **** would sew through a hamster? thats so out of order. im actually really angry. ring RSPCA asap!

hi. I think what you did was kind and generous to the hamster, but the owners of hamster have done wrong if you can take a photo of it on washing line even if you use a camera phone. It will be evidence of what happened. There is no harm in ringing the R.S.P.C.A or even the police, because it cruelty to animals. good luck with having this resolved.

Yes without doubt they will do something - that is extreme cruelty. Take a photo if you can as proof and call the RSPCA now. Try to let us know what happens if poss xx

That's awful! Yes you should def contact RSPCA especially if they have any other animals.
