I mean, as a culture, not the specific legal process? How did Australia do it? New Zealand? Italy? was it always legal in those places? if not, was their some cultural movement that occurred in favor of legalizing it? or just some side-note sort of vote on a bill that wasn't exactly a top priority? How can we go about making people in the U.S. comfortable enough with prostitution in order to have enough support for legalization?
