Discrete variables (think digital) can only have particular values i.e.
number of hairs on a head,
number of people in a room

Continuous variables have values that flow from one to the next i.e
length of hairs on a head
height of people in a room

Lets think about this. With a continuous variable it can be 1, 2, 3.... and anything in between. But with discreet variables... can you have 1 and 1/2 cars in the parking lot? Can you have 2 and 3/4 of a baby? Math is just used to model reality, so if a math problem were done and it gave you an answer of 2 and 2/3 babies... it just dosen't appy to real life, so you use discreet variables to say that it just cant have any fractional amount in it, it has to be a positive real integer or whatever the limitations are.

Homework is a discomfort interior the ***, besides the undeniable fact that it is worth it and the consequence of no longer doing it are low grades, low self-worth, hating college, indignant mum and dad, and awkwardness around instructors. the terrific element to do is do exactly the homework. do no longer attempt to think of, "I shouldn't..." or doubt your self - do exactly it! you will be sensible approximately it, do the homework this is maximum severe first, circulate away the little issues for final, take favourite breaks, no eating at the same time as working because it is distracting, NO television until you're thoroughly completed.
