No, it's not. Roseanne had two episodes called "The Wedding", but only about 5 years apart. MASH "only" ran for 11 years (1972-1983), so that's not it.
The Simpsons had "Moaning Lisa" (11 Feb 1990) and "Moe 'n' A Lisa" (19 Nov 2006) - same gag, but not the same title, and more than 16 years 73 days apart.
