My first choice would be the facial highlighting pen. It works like an under eye concealer, but has a small touch of luminescence which helps bounce light off of the area. This makes the area look lighter and brighter to work with the actual cover-up. If they are too dark for that (most aren't) then I would go with the tried and true concealer. Each color has a hint of yellow undertone which balances out the blue of under eye circles. Then, you put foundation over as you do the rest of your face. Another thing that will help is an eye cream that you use at night (and in the morning if you want) that helps take care of that sensitive skin. Timewise Age-Fighting eye cream is great because it prevents aging and has a whitish luminescent tint to it to help bounce light off the area like the facial highlighting pen. All products are guaranteed with full exchange offered if you aren't satisfied.

Well I have this problem too. There is a yellow concealer that you can put on them and then you use your usual base concealer. Bye Bye dark circles and no more lookin like a zombie!!

use the eye primer, foundation, and the facial highlighting pen. it really perks up your eyes. you could also try the soothing eye gel at night before going to bed and right after the shower before you put your make up on
