All Europeans are considered white.

yes they are all caucasians, some of them might just look a bit darker because of sun...

They are considered to be so by most, yes.

However, quite a few of the Italian people I've met would say no, they are not white, but Italian. They consider it a different thing altogether.

The fact that you're asking the question in the first place indicates there's doubt.

Italians..I'd say NO Way! There's a lot of african blood in sicilians, especially. Look at 'em!

not total white, no. the closer to the med the more tanned they get, so it's more of a beautiful natural bronzed caucasian look than white

They tend to have darker skin, more olive or gold-toned skin than Anglo-Saxon Americans. My husband is Portuguese; he has beautifully toned skin, and he is not very dark, but his brother and sister have really dark skin. He never sunburns.
