I have no clue why a man would do that. I thought that a mans nether regions were sacred and stood for his manhood. Why would any man want to put a hole in his "manhood"????

Some people are just sick that way, they think it makes it more pleasurable. Then later on in life they have to get their genitals removed since the piercings start to tarnish and it can get into their blood and make them sick.
