Although, as a parent, I must take exception to the sentence. I'll have you know my behavior has never been in any way irritating! I've always been the most pleasant of souls to be around, willing to share my vast experience and impart pearls of wisdom to all who cared to partake.

On the other hand, maybe that's why all my kids moved out as soon as they graduated from high school...
