My right wrist has been hurting all day like someone is punching the vein there. I can barely pick up a pot but then quickly have to put it down. Is it possibble something happened that i don't remember doing?

When it happened to me it was from repetitive motion. I got a hand-eze glove from the drugstore and for some reason that helped a lot.

Possible carpal tunnel syndrome. Try icing it and take an anti-inflamatory such as Advil.
