name a few places that give serious tutoring for cheep.....?

i live in MN and i am 18 in high school. dont know fractions, cant multipy and can read at a 6th grade level. i dont need comments on that but i need a place OTHER THEN THE HUGE COMPANYS(sylvan and other places like that) that will help me with basic math and reading and writting and spelling. thank you.

You can try advertising on your closest city's craigslist.org, or ask the guidance councellor at school.
