Well...I don't think there is a polite way to say that....especially considering the fact that you have already said that you don't answer other peoples questions.

I sometimes get annoyed because of SOME(not all of them) questions.SOME of the people are people who should get a life.
I find the best way to tell them is to either tell them they need a life or just ignore their question.
