it's not unhealthy it's just more vitamins than you actually need. i know a lot of people that take them so their hair and nails will grow and be stronger (since the excess of vitamins will go to the hair and nails) if you are trying to get pregnant it's actually a good idea to take them because there are certain things in them that you would need at the beginning of your pregnancy that other vitamins don't have in them. they're really not much different than other one a day vitamins they just have more of everything in them that you would need while pregnant.

Absolutely! If you are trying to get pregnant they recommend that you start taking prenatal vitamins before coming pregnant. And don't forget to increase your folic acid intake also.

thats perfectly fine. health officials say that women in their childbearing years should take more folic acid so when they do become pregnant they're body is in tip top shape for the baby. the only side effect of taking the prenatal will probably just make your hair and nails healthier :)

since they are vitamins i can't see why they would be unhealthy.. i always wanted to take them after pregnancy but i could never get past the smell. a friend of mine told me that she takes them all the time and that she feels healthier and that her hair is healthy looking, stronger, and longer.. she even said she noticed her complection alot more clearer.. but to be on the safe side ask your doctor if it's safe for you.. good luck with finding out....

Yes, you should be fine if you take them. I took some of my ex-wife's for about a year. I would recommend taking one every other day instead of everyday, because you can get a buildup of fat-soluble vitamins, which can screw up your system pretty bad.
