Hi
Green eyes are the best to use just any color you like on them!
It´s a very neutral colour - though it´s the very best having green eyes! We´re rare! - cos it matches with almost any colour, depending on what you want to express. Í think you always should consider what liner you like to use and then adapt the shadow or vise versa. Eyes are komplex, do not seperate the upper and lower lid!
The least thing I´d use is green eyeshadow cos it may look like a fading black eye...I´d use green liner and violet eyeshadow to intense the green of your eyes.
Turquoise also has a nice effect in emphasizing
Gold highlighter and brown / bronze shadow with dark brown liner suits your hair and eyes. (A lighter brown tends to look red on the skin and maybe makes you look sick)
Use dark brown mascara as well, black might be too strong and artificial
Hope this helps!
Cheers!

I also have green eyes but I have light brown hair with blond highlights. I have light skin. Olive green always looks the best on me I think and it would probably look good on you also. I don't buy expensive makeup. Mabeline or Cover Girl is just as good as the overly-expensive brands you can buy in retail stores.

surely, you want little to no makeup because you already of a captivating face with wonderful helpful houses! If something i'd do a skinny brown or black line of creme eyeliner on the right, and midway in on your waterline on the bottom of your eye. once you placed on black eyeliner i'd coat your eyelashes sevral circumstances with mascara and curl them 2 circumstances..... such as your eyes bypass heavy duty on the mascara. Now for the eyeshadows. i'd follow the earthy and suddle hues of toddler pinks, a impartial brown eye ( the city decay bare palette is ideal for this) or i'd placed a shimmery or impressive/toned colour paintpot from MAC..... those might want to correctly be used as bases or primers, or perhaps an eyeshadow.... maximum if the colorings are impartial, darkish, or shimmery yet they are captivating as purely eyeshadows too. in case you do take position to placed on to blush, no pinks! such as a shimmery mild pink! they have a pair at sephora........ As for bronzer i'd placed them on your cheekbones and a touch perfect lower than your eyes! reliable luck and stay captivating

I have almost the same coloring and I love Lancome make-up. There is a green powder eyeshadow called Purrfect that is beautiful. It looks almost like fish scales. I use green eyeliner and their black mascara. It looks very good for day or night.

I think a mixture of off-white at the top, then a soft orange and an olive brown would look good.

My suggestion is to go to a cosmetic counter in a department store or even to the MAC store in your mall and have them try different shades on you. Its alot of fun, and you get professional advice. They willl not only find the perfect color for your, but they will apply it for you so that you walk out with it on.
