if i used a lipliner brush and dipped it in mascara liquid and used as a eyeliner is that a problem for eyes?

Yes! The mouth and lips are rife with bacteria, and putting something from your mouth directly into your eyes is dangerous.

I agree with everybody else, you shouldn't put things from your mouth into your eye. However, I would also like to add that Mascara is very thick and will not work as a liquid eyeliner, no matter what you apply it with.

Just try it out!
Usually if things are used on the same body - yours in this case - it will be OK though you need to consider that there might be things in your mouth you do not want to have in your eyes...?!
I´d wash the brush with alcohol and dry it thoroughly or simply buy a brush and cut off some hairs if it´s too big

there is nothing wrong with it as long as you use a clean lip liner brush. maybe try getting an eyeliner brush instead. or just get some liquid eyeliner...that would work better.

Yes of course. your eyes will be burning.
Lip brushes are not for that type of use.
Mascara is for the eye lashes... liner is for the eye lining.
and the brushes are used for only the product it comes with

yes. that is a problem! your going to transfur germs from your lips to your eyes and your going to get an infection, not good! My suggestion to you is to get some eyeliner, liquid or solid, whichever you feel more comfertable using. but your makeup is deff. going to look better if you use products for what they were intended to be used for.
