"Special" is the politically correct term for "retarded", "crippled", etc. No one likes to actually tell people the truth anymore. We're only allowed to speak freely in the privacy of our homes, now. To hell with free speech, lol.

The people here they r with severe handicaps and they dont just sit back and wallow at there position in life they get on and make something of themselves

Its a chance for disabled people to complete in athletic events, when they're usually shunned by soceity and 'normal' people. I think that's pretty cool.
