well it depends..if it had already started there's no possible way..but if it hasnt started then all u do is go to where ur salary cap teams are listed..then in the top right hand corner above your teams, there's a button "Edit"..click that and then the rest is self explanatory..

you cant I have one and I suck at it and want to quit but just going to stick it out 3 more weeks.
